In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Android platform in Romania saw notable activity in the tower defense games category. Here’s a look at the performance of the top five games, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Plants vs. Zombies™ from ELECTRONIC ARTS experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 3.2K in early October and peaking at 4.8K by the end of the month. The game’s weekly active users began at 20.7K, declining steadily to finish the year at 9.8K.

TDS - Tower Destiny Survive by SayGames Ltd saw its downloads decrease from 4.4K to 2.1K by early November, before rebounding to 3.4K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 12.3K, dropping to 2.9K, then climbing back to 10.2K.

Space Survivor from iStar Technology Investment Co Ltd showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching 3.3K mid-December. Active users remained consistently high, averaging around 71K, with a peak of 76.5K in late December.

Plants vs Zombies™ 2 also from ELECTRONIC ARTS, had weekly downloads that initially increased to 2.1K in late October, then declined to 1.1K in early December. Active users hovered around 6.8K throughout the quarter.

Finally, Fight For America: Country War by Homa witnessed a rise in downloads from 793 to 1.9K by late October. Active users increased to 6.4K during the same period but eventually settled at 5.1K by the end of December.
